- All materials, information and data available on: https://fluffycans.com/, are protected by law and subject to the obligation of strict confidentiality, use to the extent permitted by law and the organizational rules of the Fluffycans store;
- Graphics available within the store are a manifestation of the copyright of the creators;
- Graphics created can be based on programs using artificial intelligence;
- Fluffycans is not obligated to verify the accuracy of the order or any other information provided by the purchaser relating to the order specifications. The purchaser is responsible for the aforementioned information provided to Fluffycans.
- The purchaser is responsible for the applicability and consequences of the use of the subject of the order in the specific structural solutions (premises) of the purchaser.
- Fluffycans shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of the contract, except that such liability shall be limited to damage of a genuine nature, excluding lost profits. Fluffycans shall not be liable for any damage caused by the purchaser's improper selection of the subject matter of the contract, its misuse or use contrary to its intended purpose or instructions for use, as well as any damage the occurrence or extent of which has been influenced by the condition and characteristics of the infrastructure within which the subject matter of the contract is to be operated, including in particular those elements thereof with which the subject matter of the contract is to be connected.
- In any case, Fluffycans' liability for any damages not covered by the exclusion shall be limited to an amount not exceeding 100% of the agreed net price, and this limitation shall not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct.
