Shipments and returns

Your packages shipment

We will put our best effort to package your piece of art into our dedicated box and dispatch it to you as soon as possible via our shipping partner. Usually we need 3 working days to gather all information, produce your order and prepare the packaging. However, as it in life may be, there is always slight chance that something will be processed differently, by reasons not depending on us.  If it is so – we will let you know and we will do anything reasonably possible to get the job done right. It might just cost a few more days to supply you with the product. 

After we hand over the package to the shipping partner, all responsibility to deliver you the product in perfect shape and time will rest on the said shipping partner. Of course you are the person in charge to pick which shipping partner will carry your art to you. 

The shipping cost may equals from 10 euro to 300 euro and it depends on size of the package as well as on place of destination. The final delivery cost will be communicated to you during the ordering process and picking up the delivery method. 

And hey! Do not forget about possible customs duties that are the part of your order and may apply. We know that the art does not like the formalities, but the World is not built only from the beautiful images. All important information in this area you will find in our T&C.

Delivery costs equal from 10 PLN to 500 PLN and depend on the size of the package. 

Your packages returns

If you are not satisfied with all the hard work and dedication that we offered to you in our product and you want to return your piece of art to us, here are the steps to perform:

  1. Contact us and give us information about your thoughts – there is maybe some space to find different resolution.
  2. Pack the product into the safe and easy to carry packaging – it will be the best if you put the product in our original packaging.
  3. Pick the best shipping firm that will return the product to our premises.
  4. Remember to meet all formalities required to provide the return.
  5. Pay all the fees related to the return.
